Water is the most important component of a body to remain alive and healthy. The human body is composed of 60% to 80% of water depending on the body size. Appropriate and regular water drinking has tremendous amount of health benefits. But water does not contain any calories at all like fat, sugar, carbohydrates etc. In fact, your health issues are related to the amount of water you consume on daily basis. To maintain your body healthy you should drink water a lot. Health Experts and Clinical doctors recommend that drinking at least ten glass of water a day is important to maintain good health. Water plays a vital role to function our body properly. Every cell in our body needs water to function. Our body needs to be well hydrated which is very important for good health.
